Student Prize Application Form Prize Distribution
Program Saturday-6th Jan 2024.nShanmukhanand Subhagar, King Circle, Mumbai. Students whose results were declared after 15 Dec 2022 and before 15 Dec 2023 are eligible for 2023 prizes and should apply with ELIGIBLE FOR 2023.
Rules:-
- Please fill-up complete form latest by Wednesday, 22th Dec, 2023, 06:00pm with required self-attested document.
- Application received after the said date, but before 31th Dec, 2023, may be considered only for certificate of Merit, which can be collected from MPM Girgaon office within next 30 days.
- Please do not send original marksheet / documents through post or courier.
- Applicant must submit self-attested copy of Aadhar Card / Voter ID.
- Mandal's decision shall be final for acceptance of form.
